1. Order Processing & Production Time
Because all our custom pet products are individually customized and handmade with care, please allow time for personalized production before shipment.
- Production & Processing Time: 2 – 5 business days.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and official holidays.
- Once your customized item is crafted and passes quality inspection, it will be packaged and handed over to our shipping carrier.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We provide reliable standard shipping to our customers across the United States.
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders (Free for orders over $1.00).
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 – 14 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time (Production + Transit): 9 – 19 business days from order placement.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
- Tracking information typically becomes active and updates within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
- You can track your package progress through the tracking link provided in your email.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- My Pet Canvas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages & Delivery Issues
- If you receive your order damaged, defective, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
- We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
