## Order Processing & Production Time
All our custom pet products are made to order. 
- Production & Customization Time: 2 - 5 business days
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

## Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to the United States.
- Standard Shipping: Free on all orders (or orders over $1.00)
- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 - 14 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
