However, because our items include handcrafted and personalized products, actual colors, wood grain textures, and handcrafted details may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to monitor settings and the natural properties of materials.
For all personalized and custom-made products, you are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming that all provided names, dates, text, and custom specifications are accurate prior to submitting your order.
All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at our discretion. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted.
Because custom and personalized items are made specifically to your order specifications, production begins shortly after an order is placed. Consequently, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 6 hours of placing the order. Once production has started, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you.
