Because our products are individually customized based on customer-submitted pet photos and personalized specifications:
- Actual finished print colors, engraving tones, or visual effects may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings and the resolution/lighting of the original photo provided.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming that all uploaded photos, customized names, dates, and specifications are accurate prior to checkout.
- We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any lawful reason at our discretion.
- 24-Hour Cancellation & Modification Window: Because custom items enter specialized production quickly, you may request order cancellations, photo updates, or address changes within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing wux781456@gmail.com.
- After 24 Hours: Production and custom artwork design have officially started, and orders can no longer be canceled or modified.
- Quality Assurance: All custom purchases are protected under our 30-Day Guarantee for damaged, defective, or incorrect items in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING ACCURACY
All prices posted on our website are clearly stated in USD ($). We reserve the right to change prices and promotions at any time.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information for all transactions. You warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that all charges will be honored by your payment provider.

You grant us a non-exclusive license to use your uploaded materials solely for the purpose of creating, manufacturing, and fulfilling your custom order.
